・Shipping costs will be determined after you win.

・After the lottery deadline, only winners will receive an invoice email within 3 days.

・If winners have purchased other items, we will ship the items together. We will also adjust the shipping fee, so please try to complete the procedures together.

・Cancellations after winning will be considered a nuisance and we will refuse future use of our services. Partial cancellations when winning multiple items are also subject to the same policy.

We cannot accommodate requests to lower the declared amount or falsify content.
